Introduction

Wingman is your account at robota.us — your receivers, their subscriptions, and the data they upload.

Signing in

Go to robota.us and click the account icon. Sign in with Google, or with an email address and password.

If you have bought from us before, your equipment is linked to the email address we have on file — sign in with that address and your devices appear automatically. If the page comes up empty, add any one of your receivers using its serial number and device key, both shown on the RoboDot's start-up screen. Everything else your company owns comes across with it.

What you will find

• Your devices — each receiver with its Wingman maintenance expiry and warranty status
• Correction service — whether RoboNet corrections are active on a device
• Observations — observation files uploaded from your receivers, with the date, device, mode, session length and location, each one downloadable
• Orders — your purchase history

Renewing maintenance

Wingman maintenance keeps one receiver current: every firmware release and every new feature for a year, $127 per device.

You do not need an account to renew — go to robota.us/wingman, enter the serial number and device key from the start-up screen, and renew there. Renew early and the remaining time is added, never lost.
